Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking an EDS Design Technology Leader in a staff, full-time role across multiple U.S. locations including Houston, TX.

You will define and advance the engineering technology and digital delivery strategy, drive BIM/model-based practices, and collaborate across BTS, DIT, Operations, and Solutions to enable scalable digital delivery. The role focuses on governance, standards, and modernization of engineering workflows to improve project performance and information

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 12+ years of applicable experience.
• Management experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the engineering technology and digital delivery strategy for EDS.
• Establish multi-year roadmaps for project delivery capabilities, technologies, and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve project execution through digital processes and emerging technologies.
• Align technology delivery priorities with business objectives, client expectations, and industry trends.
• Lead BIM and model-based engineering practices; establish standards for model development and lifecycle management.
• Ensure models are leveraged across design, procurement, construction and handover.
