Job summary

Barnes Aerospace in West Chester is seeking an experienced EDM Operator to join its production team. You will set up and monitor EDM machines, read operations sheets, and ensure paperwork is signed off accurately.

You will program machines using Mastercam or directly from DXF/drawings, perform First Piece, In-Process, and Last Piece inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement of jobs. A high school diploma and 3+ years CNC/EDM experience are required.

• Improve existing jobs and develop new ones.
• Program EDM machines using DXF data or part drawings via Mastercam.
• Complete First Piece, In-Process, and Last Piece Inspections with quality stamp.
