• Three+ years of CNC and EDM machine operation experience.
• Must follow FAA/DOT safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional communication with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor EDM machines as jobs run.
• Read and interpret operation sheets and internal scheduling.
• Ensure routers and parameter sheets are signed off correctly.
• Develop and improve existing jobs; create new ones.
• Perform First Piece, In-Process, and Last Piece inspections and stamp quality.
