Our success is built on innovation, collaboration, and the expertise of skilled machinists who take pride in delivering precision components that perform in mission-critical environments.As a machinist within our Military Aircraft Group, you will machine some of the most challenging parts which will be used on major production programs such as F-35, MQ-25, and FLRAA.Currently, we are seeking a skilled EDM machinist who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and wants to see their work contribute to some of the world's most advanced programs. In this role, you'll manufacture complex, high-precision components used in flight-critical systems where quality, reliability, and performance are non-negotiable.**This position is eligible for a $3,500 sign-on bonus. To qualify, candidates must submit their application between July 20, 2026, and September 11, 2026, and is subject to the terms of the bonus agreement.**To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:* A high School diploma or equivalent* At least 1 year experience as a general machinist* Demonstrated ability to follow an escalation path as it applied to machining* Familiarity using various measuring equipment* Competency in reading and interpreting blueprints and written work instructions.* In accordance with strict Federal Aviation Administration (F.A.A.) regulations regarding Safety Sensitive Work (S.S.W.), employee enrollment & participation in the company’s "F.A.A.
