HarperCollins Christian Publishing seeks an experienced Publishing Coordinator to manage metadata, coordinate editorial tasks, and oversee freelance assignments for Reflective titles. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with publishers and editors.

The position supports multiple publishing groups, with occasional travel and limited office presence in Grand Rapids, MI or Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office proficiency and detailed data handling required.
• Experience in publishing/editorial project coordination preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in English or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage metadata and data integrity for Reflective titles; log issues via Jira.
• Coordinate editorial tasks, freelance payments, and vendor relations.
• Oversee softcover conversion and frontlist schedules in project tools.
• Prepare Pub Board materials and Sales Conference documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams and optimize editing workflows.
