Job summary

Harvard University seeks an Editorial Specialist to lead the editorial production and mailing of Anniversary Reports for alumni as part of the Red Books program. You will oversee all phases from volunteer management to design, printing, and distribution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with copyright and style rules.

You will collaborate with alumni volunteers and staff, write marketing communications, perform copyediting and proofreading, and supervise student workers.

Qualifications

• Editorial experience with attention to detail and strong grammar.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently.
