Over The Moon is seeking an Editor to own OTM's editorial output end to end: from concept and calendar through final published deliverable, across the blog, The Directory, and the social and email surfaces our stories live on. This is a builder's role as much as a writer's.

You'll set the editorial calendar, decide what we cover and why, run the wedding pipeline from submission to Instagram carousel, keep The Directory's content sharp, and manage one direct report within the Integrated Marketing

Formación

• You've worked in wedding or bridal media and know this world: the photographers, the planners, the designers, and wedding taste levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own editorial strategy and calendar for the blog, The Directory, and social/e-mail surfaces.
• Review inbound submissions for Real Weddings; select features.
• Source weddings proactively via industry networks.
• Interview couples, planners, photographers to elicit depth.
• Coordinate vendor credits and image delivery timelines.
• Write features in OTM's voice and write captions/credits.
• Publish CMS entries and translate weddings into Instagram features.
• Maintain The Directory listings editorially; connect with Marketing Assistant.
• Manage Retention Contributor; align with editorial calendar to support emails.
