Wiley is seeking an Editor-in-Chief, Education to lead the strategic development of journals within the Education portfolio. You will use your publishing background, project leadership, and global networking skills to raise visibility and attract high-quality submissions.

You will oversee peer review, editorial decisions, and ensure ethical publishing standards, while collaborating with internal colleagues to foster a culture of trust and high performance.

Qualifications

• PhD in educational research with strong research background.
• Experience in educational policy, health & wellbeing in education, edtech or STEM education is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic development of one or more journals within the Education portfolio.
• Oversee editorial evaluation, peer review, and manuscript decisions.
• Represent Wiley at international conferences and events.
• Develop a strong global network of researchers and practitioners.
