This is a Contracted position in the field of Post Production - Editing, Compositing, Motion Graphics, & Visual Effects , located in Philadelphia, PA .

Short term projectWe are seeking an experienced video editor to work on a breathwork education course consisting of 22 total lessons with about a runtime of 6 hours and 27 minutes. This project involves editing a two- three camera setup with audio, organizing existing footage, and shaping a clear, calm, and structured learning experience across all lessons. The editor will take an existing assembly and refine it into a cohesive final course with strong pacing, clarity, and flow suitable for guided instruction on an online learning platform. In addition to editing, this role includes professional color grading to ensure a consistent, intentional, and visually cohesive tone across all lessons. The editor will also integrate post production animations and motion assets such as timers, stopwatch visuals, and supporting instructional graphics to enhance the learning experience and guide viewers through breathwork sessions. Additional asset organization and implementation will also be required as new materials are added. We are looking for a highly experienced editor who can work efficiently, follow direction closely, and maintain consistency across a large volume of educational content. Strong attention to detail, storytelling clarity, and the ability to execute structured feedback are essential. The goal is to help create a polished, well rounded breathwork course ready for distribution on an online learning platform. Applicants must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and experienced in long form educational or instructional video editing.

Experience

• Minimum 5 plus years of professional video editing experience
• Strong experience in long form educational or online course content
• Expert level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics software
• Proven ability to work with multi camera footage and accurately sync audio
• Strong storytelling and instructional editing ability with a focus on clarity, pacing, and flow
• Experience editing wellness, breathwork, meditation, or mindfulness content is strongly preferred
• Ability to take direction, implement feedback efficiently, and work independently
• Strong organizational skills for managing large media libraries and structured course assets
• Ability to maintain consistency across a multi lesson online course format
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work efficiently
• Experience creating clean instructional animations including timers, stopwatches, and educational motion graphics
• Ability to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into Premiere Pro workflows
• Experience color grading multi camera or studio based content for a calm, consistent visual tone
• Experience building organized asset systems and structured post production workflows
• Experience working on online learning platforms or digital education courses is a strong plus
