Job summary

Dude Perfect is seeking an Editor to support the post-production team in Frisco, TX. This hands-on role focuses on assembling, refining, and delivering engaging edits that capture the energy, adventure, and personality of the channel and brand.

The Editor will work closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and the Production Manager to ensure high-quality videos that perform across YouTube formats.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional editing experience in digital media or YouTube-first content.
• Proven ability to independently manage full edits from ingest through final delivery.
• Strong understanding of long-form YouTube pacing and audience retention.
• Experience editing unscripted, competition-based content preferred.
• Comfort working with multi-camera productions.

We’re looking for an Editor to support the Dude Perfect’s post-production team. This role will be

responsible for assembling, refining, and delivering high-quality edits that capture the energy,

adventure, and personality of the channel and the Dude Perfect brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced YouTube production

environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing full edits independently, from ingest

and organization through final delivery. They understand YouTube pacing, unscripted

storytelling, and competition-style formats, and can craft compelling and engaging narratives.

This role will collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and the Production

Manager to ensure every video meets the highest standard of quality and performance.

The Editor will report directly to the Lead Editor.
