Job summary

GE Aerospace is launching the Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) in the United States, offering two years of structured rotations and ACE training to accelerate early-career engineers. You will receive mentorship from industry leaders and complete advanced engineering trainings.

Eligible candidates have a STEM degree (ABET-accredited) with a 3.0+ GPA, and a graduation window between late 2025 and mid-2027. Relocation support is available and a base salary of $81,000 plus bonus applies.

Qualifications

• Graduation date between December 2025 and July 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform assigned engineering tasks within safety/quality/delivery/cost (SQDC).
• Collaborate with leaders to set goals for each rotation.
• Complete technical training with mentorship from senior engineers.
• Apply engineering fundamentals to solve real-world problems while managing priorities.
• Identify and share best practices for analyses and methodologies.
• Incorporate LEAN principles into standard work.
