Barnes & Thornburg LLP, a leading AmLaw 100 firm, seeks a Staff Attorney to support eDiscovery in complex litigation, including personal injury and mass tort matters. You will manage eDiscovery workflows, TAR, analytics, and collaboration with case teams.

Ideal candidate has a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school and 2+ years in eDiscovery or litigation support; experience with Relativity, Everlaw, or Disco is preferred; strong project management and proactive ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or complex litigation.
• Experience with personal injury, product liability and mass tort litigation preferred; other complex litigation considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist litigation teams with eDiscovery and related projects in large MDLs and mass torts.
• Manage eDiscovery workflows: identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, production.
• Conduct responsiveness and privilege analysis; run searches and analytics; support TAR.
• Conduct second-level document review for relevance and confidentiality.
• Develop and execute review strategies with case teams and analytics.
• Prepare privilege logs and redactions; assist with discovery responses.
