Job summary

Nixon Peabody LLP is seeking an eDiscovery Specialist to support attorneys and client teams through the litigation lifecycle. You will serve as a technical liaison on electronic discovery matters, with focus on Relativity and EDRM, and may work remotely on a schedule.

You will collaborate with firm IT and client IT to preserve, collect, review, and produce electronic data, and you will assist with training and troubleshooting across legal applications.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of litigation/investigation experience.
• Experience with the Electronic Reference Model (EDRM) and Relativity required.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with attorneys and clients to plan preservation, collection, review, and production of electronic data.
• Establish and manage discovery databases for review, analysis, and production.
• Perform non-forensic collections of electronic data.
• Coordinate third-party vendors for scanning, backup tape restoration, and web data collection.
• Provide tactical support of legal applications.
• Train attorneys and paralegals on current legal applications.
• Troubleshoot database errors in Relativity.
• Meet or exceed billable hour requirements.
