Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Specialist to support complex litigation projects. The role involves managing large data volumes, ensuring data integrity, and delivering organized work products.

You will work with project managers and technical teams across the matter lifecycle, from data intake to final production. The candidate will process, load, and verify data in Relativity and Everchron, assist with workspace management and access control, and troubleshoot post-processing

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Experience with data analytics, BI, database administration, or related technical disciplines.
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
• Analytical judgment and capability to work with large, complex data sets.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ownership and initiative.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; SQL or scripting a plus.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery workflows and platforms like Relativity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management to receive client data and maintain chain-of-custody records.
• Prepare matter data for review by processing, converting, and loading into Relativity and Everchron.
• Support database administration tasks to ensure review environments run smoothly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues arising after processing or during production readiness.
• Create high-quality deliverables (PDFs, native files, images, data tables).
• Maintain collection, processing, and production records in PM platforms.
• Contribute to process improvements via software evaluations and training.
• Help improve workflows using innovative software and tools.
