Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking an experienced E-discovery Case Manager to oversee day-to-day tasks, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex matters. You will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT, and client teams to coordinate data collections, processing, review workflows, and productions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or minimum 5 years in litigation support or legal industry.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction.
• Proactive problem-solving and anticipation of client needs.
• Ability to address unexpected problems quickly and effectively.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading project teams, including other project managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serve as primary client contact.
• Offer consultative guidance on data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production deliverables.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, defining activities, sequences, and resource needs.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor quality standards across all project deliverables.
• Coordinate internal and external communications for project information and milestones.
• Forecast and manage project budgets and invoices; ensure financial controls.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and maintain client relationships through collaboration.
