Job summary

APT Search is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager (Cyber Incident Response) to lead client engagements from kickoff, oversee data mining workflows, and coordinate data transfers for exfiltration incidents.

You will manage an active caseload, apply Relativity and other tools, advise on identification methodologies, and report results while supporting case closure and data destruction. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in eDiscovery project management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working hands-on in Relativity as a project manager.
• Working knowledge of media collections, processing, hosting, review support, and productions.
• Knowledge of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Strong written and verbal communication, including leading calls and meetings with clients.
• Able to manage an active caseload that fluctuates week to week.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client's first point of contact from the start of every engagement, leading kick-off calls and giving consultative advice on cyber incident response
• Coordinate the transfer of data between external parties and the business
• Run project design meetings and build the workflows used for data mining and capture following data exfiltration
• Advise clients on the data identification and reduction methodology that fits the incident
• Perform the data mining and report detailed, accurate results back to the client
• Coordinate case closure and data destruction once an engagement completes
