Job summary

Bright Labs, part of Ankura, seeks an eDiscovery Director to lead projects from identification through production. The role serves as the client contact and day-to-day leader for discovery workflows in litigation or regulatory investigations.

The position is based in New York City or Washington DC with a hybrid schedule. Candidates should have 4+ years managing computer forensics and electronic discovery, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Law, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or similar degree.
• 4 years of prior experience as a consultant overseeing computer forensics and electronic discovery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data.
• Serve as client contact and day-to-day leader on engagements.
• Coordinate with forensics, processing, and review teams to deliver on project objectives.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to recruiting and budgets.
