Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters. You will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate and timely results.

The role requires five years of litigation support experience with Relativity, advanced RelativityOne skills, and strong attention to detail. Flexibility for varied schedules and tight deadlines is expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Knowledge of EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks and resolve accuracy issues.
• Protect confidential information with secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and activity logging.
