Job summary

Our client, an established law firm, seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and work with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

You will support case workflows, perform quality control, and ensure proper handling of confidential information across intake, processing, loading, production, and archival stages.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency and workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and assist users with basic/advanced tasks.
• Validate data and deliverables through QC checks and resolve inconsistencies.
• Protect confidential information with secure storage and chain-of-custody documentation.
