Job summary

Marsden Services in Edina, MN is seeking a Mall Cleaner to maintain restrooms, sanitize surfaces, and keep public areas clean. The job requires physical stamina and clear English communication to coordinate with managers and coworkers.

This is a hard labor role with fast-paced tasks; you will move around customers and operate a two-way radio.

Shift is Tue–Sat 7:00 am–12:00 pm (20 hours/week). Applicants must be 18+, able to pass a background check, and lift up to 30 lbs. Daily pay is available.

Job Description:

This cleaning position has very strict sanitation policies and requires a lot of fast-paced moving, bending, stooping, and reaching. This is a hard labor job that is physically demanding. This Cleaner will work around the customers, so strong communication skills are essential. Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently to coordinate tasks and use a two‑way radio to stay in touch with managers and coworkers.

Requirements:

• Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Willing to consent to a background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic English proficiency required for safety
