Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as Edifecs Platform Manager, ensuring stability, scalability, compliance, and alignment.
• Provide technical oversight, manage staffing, and drive roadmap execution.
• Partner with product, architecture, vendor, and business teams.
• Guide architecture decisions, modernization efforts, cloud scalability, and performance strategies.
• Configure and maintain Edifecs components: XEServer, XEngine, TPMs, SpecBuilder.
• Guide EDI Analysts with building, deployment, and optimization of Edifecs rules and workflows.
• Analyze and resolve mapping issues, validation failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage JVM tuning, logging, and certificate/keystore configurations.
• Support release deployments, environment refreshes, patches, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with EDI Analysts, DevSecOps, Cloud teams, and business teams.
