Live Parallel in Austin, TX is hiring an Edibles Production Associate to help produce high-quality cannabis-infused foods in a fast-paced facility. This full-time role requires open availability, with shifts starting as early as 8:00 AM and potential evenings/weekends.

You will follow recipes, SOPs, and GMPs to ensure dosage accuracy and product safety. Ideal candidates have experience in food manufacturing or culinary operations and are comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50

Qualifications

Open availability including evenings and weekends.
Ability to start shifts as early as 8:00 AM.
Detail-oriented with strong product quality focus.
Ability to follow recipes and SOPs and production instructions.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in fast-paced production environments.
Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare cannabis-infused foods according to approved recipes and production schedules.
Measure, weigh, mix, and portion ingredients for dosage accuracy.
Operate kitchen and production equipment (mixers, ovens, packaging).
Follow GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and cannabis regulations.
Stage ingredients, prepare batches, verify inventory.
Monitor processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Package, label, and prepare finished products per regulations.
Complete production logs and quality documentation.
Collaborate with production, quality, and kitchen teams.
Maintain a clean, organized, safety-focused workspace.
