Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and management, and to approach conflict constructively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to understand and work within the strict confines of the laws set forth by the state with regards to its legal medical program.
• Understanding of the variety of tasks required in working in a lab or manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Carries out tasks accurately and strictly following SOPs, including housekeeping, gummies production steps, and inventory checks.
• Follows and ensures strict safety procedures and safety checks.
• Flexibility to help in other departments when needed.
• Operates kitchen machinery and follows safety protocols.
• Follows cleaning schedule and maintains stocked workspaces.
• Keeps kitchen equipment operating by following operating instructions and performing preventive maintenance.
