Northeast Alternatives is seeking a Confectioner to join our production team in Michigan. You will help produce high-quality cannabis edibles, following SOPs and CRA guidelines while maintaining food safety standards.

Ideal candidates have culinary or confectionery production experience, show strong work ethic, and are able to stand for 8 hours. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Formación

• Knowledge and compliance for all cannabis regulations.
• Experience in culinary/confectionery production or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to stand or move for an 8 hour shift.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily edible production following the production schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure edible batches are produced accurately and consistently.
• Complete all sanitary processes and standards.
• Communicate with other shifts or management about daily operations.
