Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is hiring an EDI Technical Analyst to support Trading Partner EDI and flat files. You will develop documentation, analyze data and system processes, test files and applications, and provide end-user support and training.

The role offers remote work four days a week with one day on our Phoenix campus. The position requires strong EDI experience, SQL skills, data mapping, and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with EDI processes and data mapping is preferred.
• Experience in testing and production support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Track, research, and resolve production problems related to EDI and related processes.
• Develop objectives, specifications, mapping documents, and data flow logic.
• Analyze files, map data between systems, and write SQL queries for testing and reporting.
• Collaborate on monitoring production APIs and data loads; support regression testing.
