Job summary

Fairygodboss is looking for an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Service Specialist I in Augusta, Georgia. In this role, you will be part of the Connection Services team, overseeing the exchange of data between WorkforceNow and third-party vendors. Your responsibilities include monitoring EDI connections, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating open enrollment processes effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong MS Excel skills and experience in software environments. This position emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a software and/or service company environment.
• 1-2 years of benefits experience is preferred.
• EDI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI/Carrier Connection errors.
• Update and schedule Open Enrollment files with clients.
• Communicate updates to internal and external partners.
