Job summary

PGL is seeking an Information Systems Project Manager to lead EDI and Logistics Information Systems initiatives. You will plan, initiate, and manage projects, coordinating with Finance, Operations, and Sales to ensure smooth system operation and data sharing.

You will develop and revise system design procedures, train staff, and collaborate with engineers to select appropriate solutions, while ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Experience managing API/EDI integration projects.
• Minimum of 2 years logistics exposure with freight forwarder.
• PM experience with API/EDI and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage EDI and Logistics Information Systems projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and workflows with Finance, Operations, Sales and Management.
• Coordinate resource allocation and monitor milestones and budget.
• Train staff and users; assist with system changeover and adoption.
• Collaborate with engineers or software developers on design solutions.
