WHOOP is seeking an Integrations Engineer II to design, implement, and oversee EDI-driven integrations across our growing supply chain and partner ecosystem. You will work with external vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure reliable data exchange and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems integration or backend engineering focused on EDI.
• Strong experience with ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
• Proficiency in data transformation and mapping (JSON, XML, flat files).
• Experience with ERP/logistics/finance systems (NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.
• Experience building or managing APIs and backend programming languages (Python, Java).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain EDI integrations connecting WHOOP with trading partners, vendors, and logistics providers.
• Lead mapping specifications, testing, and production cutovers with external partners.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable integration solutions.
• Manage and optimize the integration platform and EDI infrastructure for reliability, security, and visibility of data flows.
• Develop best practices for interoperability, data transformation, and monitoring across enterprise systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across systems and workflows.
