Job summary

Do it Best is seeking a B2B Integration Support Specialist to join the IT Development team in Fort Wayne, IN. You will analyze and resolve issues with the Sterling Integrator application and coordinate with internal departments and external partners.

The role focuses on EDI operations, daily monitoring, and coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate and timely data transmissions. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

Degree in IT or 1–5 years relevant IT experience.
Experience with X12 format.
Experience with AS2 and FTP communication.
Ability to learn proprietary format.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal/written communication.
Ability to manage multiple problems concurrently.

Responsibilities

Implements EDI for Do it Best Members and Vendors.
Interact with departments, suppliers, and VANs to resolve EDI issues.
Monitor daily EDI processing and coordinate corrective actions.
Review and correct invoice errors and payment readiness.
Load and maintain Trading Partner profiles.
Develop user documentation and vendor qualifications.
Assist logistics with Shipping/Marking Standards.
