Job summary

Federated Group, Inc. is seeking an EDI Developer with 2–3 years of experience to design, build, and maintain data integrations across multiple enterprise systems. The role focuses on EDI mappings, AS2/SFTP exchanges, and scalable data flows in grocery and retail environments.

You will work with IBM Sterling Integrator and TrueCommerce, develop SQL Server procedures, and create Excel VBA automation. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in systems integrations.
• Experience designing data exchange across interconnected systems.
• Hands-on with grocery EDI requirements and mapping.
• Familiarity with SFTP and AS2 exchange protocols.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
• Analyze business requirements and implement efficient data exchange solutions.
• Develop and manage EDI processes, including mapping, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Model and optimize business processes with integration solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations with IBM Sterling Integrator and TrueCommerce.
• Develop queries and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Create Excel macros using VBA to automate reporting and data manipulation.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
• Document integration processes, system flows, and technical designs.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and propose innovative approaches for scalability.
