Job summary

Delta Dental of Wisconsin is looking for a Billing & Enrollment Exchange Specialist who will support Federal and State Exchange operations. This role includes processing enrollment files, resolving issues, and collaborating across teams to ensure efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, with a background in customer service and experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Join us in enhancing oral health services for our members and partners.

Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollment files and perform account maintenance activities.
• Conduct data reconciliation to ensure accuracy of exchanged information.
• Monitor inquiries and escalations from Federal and State Exchanges.
• Submit and reconcile inbound enrollment reconciliation files.
• Create, update, and maintain documentation related to exchange processes.
