Job summary

Bradshaw Home in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage major customer accounts, process orders, and coordinate with sales and production teams. You will handle EDI and email orders, ensure timely shipping, and maintain accuracy in the order management system.

The role starts with on-site training for 90 days, then a hybrid schedule (in-office Tue-Thu). Requires 3+ years in customer service with order processing, strong communication, and MS Office/ERP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service with emphasis in order processing or order management.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP systems.
• Experience with EDI and manually processed orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders (EDI and manual) within 24 hours of receipt.
• Resolve order holds and ensure releases to warehouse 3 days before ship date.
• Coordinate with customers, sales managers and internal teams on pricing and delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and provide shipping updates.
• Maintain filing of POs and related emails in the filing system.
