Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT program/project management with multi-stream delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cutover planning from legacy systems to Sterling and migration to Azure.
• Develop and implement SOPs, governance models and reporting templates.
• Define milestones, dependencies and risk mitigation strategies across streams.
• Prepare consolidated status updates and executive dashboards for leadership and client.
• Manage cross-functional teams (employees + vendor resources) across development, QA, support, and cloud engineering.
• Monitor program financials, negotiate scope changes, and oversee invoicing approvals.
