Job summary

Millennium seeks an experienced EDI & Integration Architect to own integrations across Millennium systems. You will evaluate approaches, lead data exchanges, and serve as the primary Celigo integrator.io and B2B Manager administrator.

You will onboard EDI trading partners, manage AS2 connections, monitor pipelines, and drive permanent fixes with NetSuite admins and Stratus Green on flow design.

Qualifications

• Experience with Celigo integrator.io platform.
• Onboarding EDI trading partners (ISA/GS, testing, go-live).
• Knowledge of NetSuite integration and related workflows.
• Familiarity with AS2 connection setups and certificate lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration lifecycle for inter-system data exchanges.
• Evaluate integration approaches (Celigo integrator.io vs native connectors, APIs, file-based exchanges).
• Administer Celigo integrator.io and Celigo B2B Manager.
• Onboard and maintain EDI trading partners (ISA/GS, AS2, partner profiles, testing, cutovers).
• Maintain ANSI X12 trading partner connections (850, 860, 855, 856, 810, 997).
• Oversee AS2 certificate lifecycle management and renewals.
• Own and version-control the Millennium EDI Implementation Guideline and notify partners of updates.
• Monitor error queues/logs, triage and drive root-cause fixes.
• Collaborate with NetSuite Admin and Stratus Green on flow design.
• Manage vendor relationships with Celigo.
