Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an EDI Analyst to design, develop, and maintain electronic data interchange solutions for load tenders, shipments, locations, and invoicing. You will map data across systems, configure AS2 connections, and support API-based integrations in a collaborative, agile environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of EDI experience, a BS in CS/IT or related field, and strong SQL/Python skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant EDI analyst or developer experience, with preference for transportation/logistics backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of ANSI X12 or EDIFACT EDI standards, including 204, 214, 210 transaction sets.
• Experience with AS2, API integrations, and scripting (SQL/Python) for data manipulation.
• Knowledge of XSLT; familiarity with partner connectivity solutions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain EDI solutions based on industry standards and operational requirements.
• Map data between internal systems and external trading partners or carriers per standards.
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot AS2 and other connection protocols across providers and VANs.
• Support API-based integrations to modernize data exchange processes.
• Monitor data flows, identify errors, and ensure timely, accurate transmission.
