Job summary

Marlabs Inc. is seeking an experienced EDI Analyst to support the design, implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise EDI solutions for customers and trading partners.

The role requires hands-on experience with TIE Commerce eVision, AS2, EDI VANs, SAP, and related databases, along with strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills. The EDI Analyst will collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into reliable EDI workflows

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in EDI development, integration, or application support.
• Hands-on experience with TIE Commerce eVision EDI software, including workflows and mapping.
• Strong understanding of AS2 and EDI communication technologies.
• Experience integrating EDI solutions with SAP or ERP systems.
• Experience troubleshooting EDI transmissions and mappings across environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain EDI systems, mappings, and interfaces using TIE Commerce eVision.
• Translate business requirements into scalable EDI configurations and integration solutions.
• Support AS2 and EDI VAN communications including security and troubleshooting.
• Develop integrations between EDI platforms, SAP/ERP, databases, and other systems.
• Troubleshoot EDI mappings, transmissions, and application issues with partners and customers.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from requirements to production support.

EDI Analyst | About the Role

As a EDI Analyst, you will support the development, implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions. You will work closely with customers, trading partners, and internal technology teams to translate business requirements into reliable EDI workflows, mappings, and system integrations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with TIE Commerce eVision, AS2, EDI VAN communications, SAP, and database technologies, along with strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills.

EDI Analyst | Day-to-Day

• Develop, maintain, and support EDI systems, workflows, mappings, and interfaces using TIE Commerce eVision and related integration technologies.
• Analyze business, customer, and trading partner requirements and translate them into scalable EDI configurations and integration solutions.
• Support AS2 and EDI VAN communications, including connectivity, data transmission, encryption/decryption, digital signatures, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain integrations between EDI platforms, SAP/ERP applications, databases, and other internal and external enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI mapping, transmission, application, interface, and data-related issues while coordinating with customers and trading partners.
• Participate across the complete development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, production support, and technical documentation.

EDI Analyst | Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in EDI development, integration, or application support, including hands-on experience developing or maintaining enterprise EDI solutions.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with TIE Commerce eVision EDI software, including EDI workflows, mapping, configuration, or support.
• Strong understanding of AS2 and EDI communication technologies, including HTTP/HTTPS, EDI VANs, certificates, digital signatures, encryption/decryption, and secure data exchange.
• Experience integrating EDI solutions with SAP or other ERP applications, enterprise interfaces, and database platforms such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience troubleshooting EDI transmissions, mappings, interfaces, and application issues across Windows and UNIX environments, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer-facing communication and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with technical teams, customers, and trading partners.
