Morris & Dickson Co. is seeking an EDI Analyst I to optimize customer data exchanges with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare clients. The role combines EDI support, systems analysis, and client configuration to keep data moving accurately.

You will work onsite to train, collaborate, and share knowledge during standard business hours, with occasional after-hours support as needed. Strong problem-solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, business systems, or data analysis is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain customer EDI connections and data exchange processes.
• Support integrations for healthcare customers including retail pharmacies and hospitals.
• Monitor EDI transactions, investigate failures, and drive issues to resolution.
• Gather technical requirements from customers and internal teams and translate them into configurations.
• Create clear documentation for configurations, procedures, and workflows.
• Support testing and validation for new customer implementations and system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and customer experience.
