Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health information management, business, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or EDI analyst in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks or comparable PM/EHR system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, support, and validate clearinghouse constructs.
• Monitor data feeds and loads; identify and fix systemic risks.
• Analyze data trends and support clearinghouse enhancements.
• Evaluate business processes with RCM leadership to identify improvements.
• Perform system integration testing and UAT; assist with project plans.
