Jazwares is seeking an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst I in Plantation, FL to design, implement, and maintain data interchange systems. You will analyze business needs to develop efficient data transfer processes and support EDI maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user training.

You will serve as the primary technical contact for EDI issues, monitor interfaces with partners, onboard suppliers, and drive continuous improvement across EDI workflows.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of relevant experience in EDI or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in XML, CSV, SQL, C++, and Java.
• Familiarity with EDI transaction codes and VAN connectivity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to train end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary technical contact for EDI issues and provide on-call support.
• Monitor and maintain interfaces between business systems for partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and EDI vendors to onboard suppliers and optimize processing.
• Diagnose and resolve complex EDI issues and track activity metrics for management.
• Lead design, development, testing, and implementation of new EDI applications and batch processes.
• Create and maintain documentation including mappings and audit reports.
• Assist in developing a strategic roadmap for EDI advancements and drive improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
