Job summary

Benefit Harbor is a leading benefits administration technology provider serving U.S. employers for 25+ years. The EDI Analyst I will implement and maintain EDI files with carriers and client payroll teams, document work, QA tasks, and support daily operations.

Responsibilities include data transfer analysis, issue resolution, file lifecycle management, and collaboration with IT, developers, and operations to implement new files and maintain SOC II compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in business.
  • 3–5+ years’ experience with complex projects in benefits or related fields.
  • On-site Plano, TX or remote work within the United States.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely data transfers/files and report issues to teams.
  • Analyze data transfer escalations and troubleshoot to resolution.
  • Lead carrier/client file implementations or changes.
  • Test and implement new files with IT and developers.
  • Maintain SOC II documentation and related logs.
  • Support post-OE and quarterly enrollment audits.
  • Meet timelines for files, tickets, and tasks.
  • Build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
