Job summary

Enzo Tech Group is partnering with a leading food manufacturer to expand and improve their EDI environment. The role is for an EDI Analyst to own and support critical EDI transactions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, SPS Commerce and Data Masons.

You will monitor transactions, troubleshoot failures, onboard new customers and partners, and support Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes in a long-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting EDI operations and troubleshooting transactions.
• Hands-on with Data Masons or DME EDI.
• Experience with SPS Commerce.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
• Understanding of OTC processes and trading-partner integrations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EDI transactions to ensure orders, deliveries and invoices flow.
• Resolve EDI transaction failures across platforms and partners.
• Configure and onboard new customers, suppliers, and 3PLs.
• Support Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to gather EDI requirements.

Enzo Tech Group are working with a leading food manufacturing company who are embarking on the expansion and improvement of their EDI environment following significant business growth.

They require an EDI Analyst to join them on a long term contract.

This role will focus on owning and supporting business-critical EDI transactions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, SPS Commerce and Data Masons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor EDI transactions to ensure customer orders, deliveries and invoices flow correctly.
• Troubleshoot transaction failures across EDI platforms, trading partners and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Configure and onboard new customers, suppliers and third-party logistics partners.
• Support Order-to-Cash processes and the developing Procure-to-Pay environment.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to prepare EDI requirements for new products and customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong operational EDI support and transactional troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Data Masons or DME EDI.
• Experience working with SPS Commerce.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and trading-partner integrations.
