Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education required.
• Arizona Teaching Certificate required.
• AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• SEI endorsement coursework completed.
• Appropriately certified for teaching position.

Responsibilities

• Communicates learning goals to students in a well-planned, organized manner using clear language.
• Prepare and deliver instruction appropriate to the student population, including curriculum addressing learning styles and needs.
• Create lesson plans describing daily learning experiences aligned with curriculum and standards.
• Use technology to enhance learning and access district/state assessments data to improve instruction.
• Implement Individual Education Plans effectively and maintain classroom routines for a positive environment.
• Participate in team reviews of progress for low-performing students and school events.
• Maintain records as required by law and district policy; support district initiatives.
• Take responsibility for student supervision and safety during school activities.
