Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Edge Offer Manager to define and drive the Brightlayer Edge roadmap across hardware, software, and services, enabling secure, scalable, and reusable edge capabilities for enterprise use cases. This role coordinates across product, engineering, cybersecurity, and OT teams to shape the edge strategy for data centers, industrial, and utilities segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in product management, platform strategy, or systems engineering.
• Experience delivering connected products, embedded systems, or edge platforms in industrial contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own Brightlayer Edge roadmap and epics.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and OT teams.
• Ensure edge capabilities meet OT reliability, latency, and security requirements.
• Balance standardization with business-specific needs across divisions.
• Translate customer feedback into edge requirements for scalable deployments.
• Track metrics: adoption, reuse, time to market, and edge reliability.
