The Israeli American Council (IAC) is looking for an Edge Network and Operations Senior Manager responsible for the strategic vision and operational growth of the EDGE (Young Professionals Network) in New York. You will lead various initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality event execution.

This full-time position requires strong program management skills, the ability to cultivate relationships, and a passion for community building. Candidates should be proficient in Hebrew and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management and operations within a nonprofit or community-based organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of Israeli and American cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and growth of the EDGE network.
• Manage EDGE network budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.
• Oversee logistics for large-scale regional events and fundraising galas.
