Apple, Inc.’s Edge Engineering team is looking for a software engineer to help scale and operate Edge Infrastructure that powers content delivery for Apple’s vast device base. You’ll join a forward‑thinking group responsible for configuring the Edge and enabling reliable, global services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software development with Go, Rust, C++, or Swift, plus hands‑on experience with Kubernetes tools (Helm, Pulumi, Flux) and proxy systems such as NGINX or Envoy.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent job-related experience
• 5+ years of software development experience with languages such as Go, Rust, C++, Swift, etc

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, test, develop, and maintain software solutions to address configuring the Edge.
• Support our dynamically evolving global Content Delivery Network.
