Job summary

MantariIndustries is building a planet-scale weather sensor network in Long Beach, CA. You will own the development of a distributed mesh network of weather sensors, performing onboard edge compute, actuator control, and reliable data transmission.

Join a team focused on rugged hardware, high-reliability systems, and production-scale deployment for autonomous sensing and forecasting. 2–4 years of hands-on hardware experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on embedded development in C/C++ with RTOS or bare metal.

Responsibilities

• System architecture and integration for distributed weather sensor networks.
• Electronics & firmware: hardware bring-up, low-noise analog front ends, and embedded drivers.
• RF & satellite communications: configure long-range RF and satellite modems with robust telemetry.
