Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant technical field with hands-on embedded AI/ML deployment.
• 7–10 years of experience in embedded software or edge AI development.
• Experience converting ML concepts to production-ready embedded implementations.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and optimizes embedded AI/ML software for edge devices and PCs.
• Converts AI/ML models into production-quality embedded implementations optimized for latency and memory.
• Integrates inference engines and accelerators into firmware and system software.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define AI feature requirements and validation plans.
• Profiles and tunes AI workloads to improve performance and power efficiency.
• Develops interfaces between AI components, firmware, sensors, and host applications.
• Supports model compression, quantization, pruning, and benchmarking for embedded platforms.
• Troubleshoots complex AI inference and platform integration issues.
• Creates and maintains architecture docs, design specs, and deployment guides.
• Explores emerging edge AI tech to drive HP platform innovation.
