Job summary

Quadric is redefining edge AI with the Chimera GPNPU, and you will own the technical path from customer evaluation to silicon design. You will ensure workloads run at target latency and accuracy on Chimera, writing custom kernels and porting client code when needed.

You will embed with customer engineering teams, both on-site and remotely, guiding model architectures, benchmarking, and trade-offs. Across the cycle you’ll contribute to the FDE toolkit and help shape Quadric’s roadmap in a

• Strong C++ and Python; written perf-critical code.
• Systems-level performance intuition with profiling skills.
• Ability to operate without a playbook in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Convert 2–3 active evaluations into design wins by meeting latency and accuracy targets.
• Port workloads onto Chimera and write custom kernels as needed.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams on-site and remotely to debug and benchmark.
• Contribute to Quadric's agentic FDE toolkit and roadmap feedback.
