Athena Intelligence is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with clients, deploying AI-powered solutions and building features at the edge. You will collaborate with enterprise teams to translate complex needs into workable AI-enabled workflows using Olympus and Athena.

The role emphasizes customer-facing work, rapid iteration at client sites, and contributing to core products while traveling up to 50% of the time. This is a hands-on engineering position in New York City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of software engineering, data science, or a similar technical role.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with data analysis, machine learning, or AI technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to build client relationships.
• Experience building and shipping software products or features.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
