Job summary

Bose Corporation is seeking a Machine Learning / AI Engineer to build intelligent audio experiences and deploy AI on devices. You will design, train, test, and optimize models with a focus on efficiency for devices with limited memory and compute power.

You’ll collaborate across ML, software, embedded systems, and hardware teams and grow technically by exploring new techniques and sharing ideas with the team.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or advanced degree in CS, EE, ML, or related field.
• 3+ years of ML or AI experience.
• Strong foundations in ML/deep learning with hands-on model building and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience training, evaluating, and debugging models.
• Analytical problem-solving and collaboration mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and evaluate ML models for consumer audio applications.
• Improve model efficiency to reduce latency, memory use, and compute demands.
• Collaborate with software, embedded, and hardware engineers to deploy AI on devices.
• Analyze results, debug issues, and guide next experiments.
• Learn emerging ML techniques and share findings with the team.
